BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 7. The Republic of Kazakhstan presided over the 2nd Meeting of the Council of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation on February 7, 2025, at Astana's National Museum, where the event was attended by the Ministers of Culture from the member countries of the organization, Trend reports via TurkicWorld.

At the meeting, the President of the Foundation Aktoty Raimkulova presented the strategic directions of the organization for the preservation, study, and promotion of Turkic cultural heritage on the international stage, in accordance with the directives of the Heads of Turkic States, reflected in the strategic documents “Turkic World Vision - 2040,” Astana act (“TURKTIME”), and others, as well as a comprehensive report on the Foundation's activities for 2024.

Within the framework of the meeting, a detailed presentation of the Foundation's Action Plans for 2025-2026 was also demonstrated to the participants of the meeting.

The 2nd meeting of the Council of the Foundation, chaired by the Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aida Balayeva, was attended by the Secretary-General of the Organization of Turkic States Kubanychbek Omuraliev, the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan Adil Karimli, the Deputy Minister of Culture, Information, Sports, and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic Gulbara Abdykalykova, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to the Republic of Kazakhstan Mustafa Kapucu, as well as representatives of government bodies from the Turkic states.

At the conclusion of the meeting, a protocol was signed by the representatives of the member countries of the organization.
