BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 21. Deputy Head of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan Emil Garayev was awarded the special rank of the 3rd grade state tax service advisor, Trend reports.
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree in this regard.
