Azerbaijani football club Karabakh is completely ready for the match against Dutch club Twenty. They are going to meet at the play-off stage of the European League.

"From the point of view of physical fitness, the team has no problems. Despite a serious loss in players, we will fight to the end," the head coach of Agdam club, Gurban Gurbanov, said at a press-conference held on the eve of the match between Twenty and Karabakh.

He said that the team is preparing for the match with Twenty just as it prepared for the match with Rosenborg and Honka.

"Twenty is a team with a preference for younger players. One can feel that they are serious in their goals. Steve Mclaren has created a vibrant team. 25,000 fans will be supporting them during the match. But we are ready anything," Gurbanov said.

"There are a million refugees in Azerbaijan. All of them love 'Karabakh'. But we know that in the given situation all of Azerbaijan is supporting 'Karabakh'. Therefore, we have that additional responsibility. We understand that we fight for the Karabakh on football ground in the form of the 'Karabakh' team. Of course, that's football. Anything can happen. But we will try to fulfill the task given to us," Gurbanov said.

The Twenty versus Karabakh match will take place on August 20 at 23:00 Baku time.
