IEA reports mixed OECD refining with U.S. and Canada near peak

OECD crude throughputs fell by 70,000 barrels per day (kb/d) in July to 36.8 million barrels per day (mb/d), said the International Energy Agency (IEA), driven by weaker U.S. and European runs that outpaced gains in Asia and Oceania.
