The Association of Leasing Companies of Azerbaijan (ALCA) will apply to the Government to develop anti crisis measures for the leasing market," chairman of the Board of Association Elchin Ahmadov said.
"We will apply to the Ministry of Taxes, Ministry of Economic Development, Customs Committee and other agencies," Ahmadov added.
The exact data and essence for appeal will be determined at the meeting of ALCA with support of the International Financial Corporation.
There are over 20 companies and banks engaged in leasing in Azerbaijan, of which only five or six are active.
The annual membership fees to ALCA are 830 manat.
Association of Leasing Companies of Azerbaijan was established by Ataleasing, Unileasing and Muganleasing companies on Oct. 27, 2004.
