Number of trips by electric trains routing Baku-Buzovna-Mardakan reduces due to worn-out state of trains, head of Azerbaijani Railway CJSC PU, Eliyar Muradov, said on August 4.
"Before, four trains operated in this direction. Afterwards, their number was reduced 3. at present, there is one train operating in this direction," Muradov said.
Muradov said that number of electric trains reduces due to worn-out state of trains. Such trains, as well as their spare parts have not been produced for a long time. "The major thing is to ensure security of transportation of passengers," Muradov said.
Muradov failed to tell whether this trip will be liquidated. But he did not deny possible liquidation of this trip.
There are no problems with schedule of trains routing Baku-Makhachkala, Baku-Ujan, Baku-Sumgayit, Baku-Pirallihi and Baku-Gala.
