The Azerbaijan Taxes Ministry has prepared rules regulating the order on presenting tax declarations to the officials, and then submitting them to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Country for further consideration, Fazil Mammadov, Azerbaijan Taxes Minister told, Trend reports.
Transition to the declarative system is not a simple process. That is the beginning of the transition of the whole population of the country to the system of declarations. Therefore, a basic preparation is needed. The officials are expected to be faced with this first, said Mr. Mammadov.
The Minister reckons that the regulations will be approved in 2007, and that there are no barriers to do it.
