The Chairman of Armenia's Central Election Commission says they are not ready for snap elections at present, Tert.am reported.
Garegin Azaryan told reporters on Saturday that the Commission functions in accordance with Electoral Code and the procedures established by recent amendments still need to be fulfilled.
"The individual stamps expected to replace the signatures of electoral commission members are not ready yet," he said.
Azaryan added that CEC is now preparing for normal electoral processes, studying applications and organizing meetings with applicants.
