At a meeting with the Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Movlud Chavushoglu, the Secretary-General of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic-speaking countries, Ramil Hasanov discussed the prospects of dialogue and cooperation between the two organizations.
During the meeting the PACE President said that the establishment of the PA of Turkic-speaking countries was a very important step in the development of cooperation in the region and in the international arena, and all-round relations of member countries.
Ramil Hasanov said that the PA of Turkic-speaking countries is in need of the long-years practice of PACE, which is an international organization operating in the region.
They exchanged views on the future participation of staff PA of Turkic-speaking countries in the programs of exchange of experience in the office of the Secretariat of the PACE.
