Gigi Ugulava re-nominated for mayor of Tbilisi by Georgia's ruling party United National Movement originally started his pre-election campaign. From 6 o'clock in the morning he chopped meat, sold it, then baked the bread, and finally washed showcase of the cinema.
Early in the morning the mayor came to the market, chopped meat, and even managed to sell 15 kilos in the morning.
Then Ugulava moved to one of the private bakeries, where he baked Georgian bread, and sweet cake together with the owner and employees.
From there, the mayor went to the cinema "Amirani" and helped workers to clean windows of the building.
Ugulava told media that during the remaining months before the elections, he will regularly hold such meetings with representatives of various professions to learn about their problems and then help to solve these problems.
