The first meeting of a working group on electoral reform in Georgia is scheduled for Nov. 17 at the Central Election Commission. The meeting will be attended by 15 political entities, including the ruling party, the parliamentary and non-parliamentary opposition, NGOs and international organizations.
The weekly meetings will be free and all interested political parties may attend.
Following a meeting with officials in parliament on Nov. 10, the opposition parties said the first step of the negotiation process has proven to be "quite fruitful."
