There will be more football players in the football club "Ganja" in the next championships in Azerbaijan.
"There will be more football players in the football club "Ganja" in the next championships in Azerbaijan. Now they are members of the backup team," chairman of Ganja regional football federation Khanlar Fatiyev told Trend.
"We do not want the club to be a champion only once due to Legionnaires and stop winning after their leaving. We must attract more local football players from the backup team," Fatiyev said.
He said that the main task of the football federation of Ganja is to develop youth football. "We have to seek the services of foreign football players now. But we must prepare our football players," the chairman of the federation said.
The new club Kapaz, to be led by Mehman Allahverdiyev, will include only local players, he said. "This will create competition in Ganja football and develop the sport," Fatiyev said.
He said that "Kapaz" have a task to create a cohesive team, to successfully play in the first league for two football clubs to represent Ganja in a year.
