A permanent schedule of trains from Azerbaijan to Russia is under preparation, spokesman for Azerbaijan Railways Nadir Azmammadov said.
He added that, at present, a temporary schedule has been drawn up that will be in force until March 26. Afterwards, a new regular schedule of freight and passenger trains will be made.
"There will be a temporary train schedule until March 26. A new permanent schedule will be made later," Azmammadov said.
The temporary train schedule was introduced on Feb. 23. This occurred due to the decision of Russian Railways to terminate the movement of passenger and freight trains through the Samur-Artesian section (North Caucasian Railways) at night from Feb. 4 to ensure safety.
These measures were taken due to frequent explosions in Dagestan.
