Kazakhstan's FlyArystan to open various new routes in Spring of 2020

Kazakhstan’s only lowcoster – FlyArystan company – has announced launch of flights on six new routes and increase of flights on four more existing routes over the course from Jan. 1 to Feb. 18, 2020.

The company has announced increase of the number of flights on the Nur-Sultan – Shymkent – Nur-Sultan route up to 18 times a week for the period from Jan. 29 to March 18.

The company also plans to increase the number of flights from Almaty in Summer 2020;

- Almaty - Nur-Sultan - Almaty - 3 times a day;

- Almaty - Pavlodar - Almaty - 2 times a day;

- Almaty - Shymkent - Almaty - 2 times a day.

Talking the flights on the new routes the company is planning to launch flights on five new routes in spring 2020, whereas tickets sale for one more route will start on Feb. 28, 2020.

Thus, starting from Feb. 28 the tickets will be available for Nur-Sultan-Aktobe-Nur-Sultan flights which are to be implemented four times a week.

Flights on the Almaty - Kyzylorda and Nur Sultan - Kyzylorda routes are planned starting from March 16 and from March 19 respectively. The flights will be implemented via Airbus A320 planes.

Flights from Almaty to Petropavlovsk city will be carried out four times a week, starting from March 13, 2020.

In turn, starting from March 12, 2020, the company is planning to launch flights on Almaty-Kokshetau-Almaty route. Regular flights will also be carried out via Airbus A320 planes three times a week: on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

The remaining two routes will be introduced by the company this spring are flights from Almaty to Kostanay and Aktobe cities.

Thus, flights on the Almaty-Kostanay-Almaty route will be carried out daily starting from March 12, whereas flights on the Almaty-Aktobe-Almaty route will be launched starting from April 20 to be implemented three times a week.

As of the end of 2019, FlyArystan was implementing flights on 13 routes. The company also launched its first international flights from Nur-Sultan to Moscow in Dec. 2019.

As noted earlier by Head of FlyArystan Tim Jordan, the company is planning to open at least two new aircraft bases in Karaganda and Aktobe in 2020, and this could lead to launch of more flights.

FlyArystan is the first and only low-cost air company of Kazakhstan. The company started selling tickets online in March of 2019.
