"Threats of the USA's attacking Iran do not correspond to reality," the President of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, said in his interview with Al-riad TV channel on 16 November. According to Ahmadinejad, the USA has not sufficient military, economic or political force to attack Iran. "The USA knows that if it attacks Iran, it will face severe reaction of the people here. They will regret to begin war. Supporting the variant of war, the USA tries to achieve adoption of the third resolution of the UN Security Council against Iran. In reality, the USA's attacking Iran is absurd," Ahmadinejad said.
