Georgia, Tbilisi / Trend corr. N.Kirtskhalia / Nino Burjanadze, the Georgian Speaker, feels regret that the Russian President Vladimir Putin has put himself on the same level with that of the separatist leaders of Abkhazi and South Osetia, Sergei Bagapsh and Eduard Kokoyta by sending them support letter.
On 3 April, the Russian Foreign Minister stated that Putin, in the letter sent to aforesaid leaders, shared concern in connection with the expected negative consequences Georgia's possible joining to NATO and promised that he would support Sukhumi.
Burjanadze said that Russia should understand that the relations with separatist people may turn out to be dangerous for both the country and the world.
