Gazanfaroglu stated that the party would make a court appeal in June. "At present, we are developing documents about the functioning of the Committee and have already disclosed many serious facts about the Committee," Gazanfaroglu said.

Gazanfaroglu said that he will make an appeal to the OSCE, Council of Europe and other international organizations.

"We do not plan to stage any rally regarding the headquarters," Gazanfaroglu stated.

GEP was founded in 2004 and party received the state registration in 2005. Gazanfaroglu is an MP of the Azerbaijani Parliament.

According to State Committee, the Committee was not commissioned to provide parties with headquarters. Instead, the Committee proposes places to parties to rent. However, the places proposed by the Committee do not satisfy parties, the Committee said.
