Azerbaijani gymnast Veronika Hudis expressed her gratitude to the fans of the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup.
"We are very thankful to the spectators for their passionate and active support," the Azerbaijani gymnast told Trend.
"During the performance, I look at the apparatus and hear the words of support, every word that the audience says. To perform at the home arena takes responsibility, but, thanks to the support of the fans, you cope with anxiety. The audience helps us prepare for big starts," she added.
The Azerbaijani gymnast also said that she loves to perform with all apparatus.
The FIG Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup, AGF Trophy kicked off at the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku on April 26.
More than 200 gymnasts from 39 countries are participating in the World Cup. During the event, 25 teams are competing in group exercises and more than 70 gymnasts are performing in individual programs.
