ASTANA, Kazakhstan, November 6. Kazakhstan and Russia discussed cooperation between the two countries in the military and military-technical sphere in the near future, Trend reports.
Secretaries of the Councils of Security Councils of Russia and
Kazakhstan met in Moscow. Sergei Shoigu and Gizat Nurdauletov
discussed mutual military cooperation in the near future.
“A large plan of our work for 2025-2027 has been prepared. I hope
we will consider and approve it today,” the Secretary of the
Russian Security Council said.
According to the results of the meeting, this plan was signed by the secretaries of the Council of Security Councils.
In addition, Sergei Shoigu shared approaches to the preservation of common historical memory for the CIS countries.
The 12th annual meeting of the secretaries of the Security Councils of the CIS member states, chaired by Secretary of the Russian Security Council Sergei Shoigu, will be held in Moscow tomorrow. The meeting will be attended by the secretaries of the Security Councils of the CIS member states, CIS Secretary General Sergei Lebedev and CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov, and a representative of the Party of Socialists of Moldova, Marchel Chenusha. The meeting will separately consider the problems of information security and interaction with Afghanistan.
