Durdiyev Davud was appointed chairman of Turkmenistan state commercial bank's board upon Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov's decree.
Ex-head Kazakov Yusup was dismissed due to unsatisfactory work, Turkmen official source said.
Staff was changed after Turkmen President got the Supreme Control Chamber's report in which numerous shortages and violations were revealed.
