The total turnover of Georgian enterprises in 2010 amounted to 24.4 billion lari ($1 = 1.66 lari), and the production - 13.3 billion lari.
The Statistics Committee of Georgia told Trend that the turnover was as follows: 83.9 percent accounted for big enterprises, 9.6 percent for average, and 6.5 percent for small.
Investments of enterprises in fixed assets totaled 3.210.1 billion lari, largest companies: big enterprises - 90.2 percent, average - 4.8 percent, small - 5 percent.
The number of employees in enterprises is 397,800 people, with 39 percent women, and 61 percent - men. Upon the size of enterprises, they are distributed as follows: large enterprises - 56.4 percent, average - 23.1 percent, small - 20.5 percent.
Total number of hired employees amounts to 380,700 people, with 39.5 percent women and 60.5 percent - men. For the size of enterprises they seem to be as: big enterprises - 58.8 percent, average - 23.8 percent, small - 17.4 percent.
Total costs of enterprises for personnel amounted to 2.741million lari.
