BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 26. Uzbekistan's financial sector index at the Uzbek Republican Stock Exchange reached 171.74 points on October 26, decreasing by 3.27 points from October 25, Trend reports via the Exchange.
The figure for the industrial sector has fallen, settling at 3,335.37 points – a decrease of 0.37 points compared to the October 25 figure (3,335.74 points).
The figure for the construction sector reached 4,024.45 points on October 26 from 3,898.31 points on October 25.
The trade sector index reached 12,746.5 points on October 26, decreasing by 42 points compared to the October 25 figure (12,788.50 points).
Uzbekistan's "Toshkent" republican stock exchange was formed in 1994 to help further expand economic reforms in the country and protect private property and business development.
