The Venezuelan defense minister met Najar in the Caracas airport.
The Iranian defense minister will meet military and political figures of this country. Najar will visit the military-industrial complex of Venezuela during his visit.
The Iranian defense minister will hold discussions with officials of Venezuela on some issues of mutual interest, including development of military cooperation.
This is Najar's first visit to Venezuela.
