Georgia, Tbilisi, August 10 / Trend N. Kirtskhalia /
Implementation of EU mission's mandate on occupied territories was major topic for discussion between the USA, EU and Russia during a year. Russian rhetoric reached its peak, as a result, EU mission strengthened monitoring, Deputy Head of Department, Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sergi Kapanadze, said at a traditional briefing on August 10.
"It is fact that the mission fails to enter occupied territories," he said.
Kapanadze said Georgia aims to achieve mandate of EU mission all over entire Georgian territory.
Kapanadze said that Russian accusations towards Georgia about provocation planned by Georgia voiced last week are groundless.
"It is good that EU observers' mission denies these groundless accusations," Kapanadze said.
