Law enforcement agencies have identified the man who made a false bomb threat in a refinery in Baku this week.
Last night, a man called the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry's "102" service and reported an impending terrorist attack on the Azerneftyag Refinery in the Khatai district. Later, law enforcement bodies identified the caller as 47-year old Nasib Gasimov, the Nizami District Prosecutor's Office told Trend .
Emergency Situations Ministry staff held two-hour operational activities to detect explosives. The threat was not confirmed.
