The investigation is nearing completion in the criminal case filed against the head of the Azerbaijani National Statehood Party.
Nemat Panahli's lawyer Samir Isayev said his client has studied the case materials.
No additional charges have been put forward against Panahli. The criminal case will be sent to the Nasimi District Court, he said.
Earlier, Baku resident Eldaniz Rzayev called the Interior Ministry's 102 hotline, informing that Panahli and Ceyhun Farzullayev threatened him on Mirali Gashqai Street in the Nizami district. Based on the complaint, the persons were arrested.
A criminal case has been filed for hooliganism.
