BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 10. Türkiye has reduced cement exports to Azerbaijan by 10.4 percent ($28.1 million) from January through July 2023 compared to the same period last year, the Turkish Ministry of Trade said, Trend reports.
Türkiye reduced cement exports to Azerbaijan by 13.3 percent ($3.2 million) in July compared to the same month in 2022.
In addition, Turkish exports of cement and glass decreased by 14.8 percent ($2.8 billion) from January through July 2023 compared to the same period last year.
Azerbaijan imported cement and glass worth $372.6 million from Türkiye in July 2023, which is 10.7 percent less than in July 2022.
In general, Türkiye exported cement and glass worth $5 billion over the past 12 months (from July 2022 through July 2023).
