The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee (SSC) has registered issue prospectus of ordinary book-entry registered shares worth 150 manat of the Azerbaijani insurance company Alfa Sıgorta, the State Committee said on Monday.
Number of securities registered within the issue hits 150 with a nominal value of each share at 1,000 manat.
According to the issue prospectus, placement will be conducted by public subscription.
Thus, the company's authorized capital will be increased from the current 4.6 million to 4.75 million manat.
The founder Alfa Sıgorta is Texnikabank, which in December 2006, purchased 100 percent of the company's shares. Alfa Sıgorta has license to render 30 types of insurance services, including six compulsory and 24 voluntary.
The official exchange rate is 0.7863 manat to $1 on Aug. 22.
