The strategic road maps will be implemented through the state budget, extra-budgetary funds, the National Fund for Entrepreneurship Support, local budgets, local administrations, enterprises, organizations, foreign direct investments, bank loans and grants, loans, technical and financial assistance of international organizations and foreign countries, as well as other sources not prohibited by law.
“Most of the necessary funds will be provided through restructuring the existing budgets, as well as the joint efforts of the private sector and various investors,” says the Strategic Road Maps for the National Economy and Main Economic Sectors.
