A decrease in the loan portfolio of Azerbaijan’s collection agency BOA is expected, director of the agency Samir Mustafayev told Trend.
He said that the portfolio will decrease after the Financial Market Supervisory Authority of Azerbaijan (FIMSA) publishes a common list of problem loans of citizens.
Speaking about the activities of the agency, Mustafayev noted that contracts were concluded with a number of Azerbaijani banks, and the agency manages their affairs. The agency also manages the affairs of various individuals and legal entities that are not debtors of banks, he added.
In 2018, the loan portfolio of Azerbaijan’s collection agency BOA was about 50 million manats.
The collection agency BOA has been operating in Azerbaijan since the end of 2012 and is one of the biggest collection agencies in the country.
