Iran imported the products worth $42.6 billion last Iranian year (started on March 21, 2018), Trend reports referring to the report of the Iranian Trade Promotion Organization.
According to the report, more than 32 million tons of products were imported last year.
Animal feed (corn) worth $2.09 billion, rice worth $1.6 billion, spare parts for cars worth $1.38 billion, soybeans worth $1.16 billion in soybeans, soybean cake worth $651 million are among the main imported products.
Some 34.4 million tons of products worth $48.7 billion were imported in Iran during the previous year (started on March 21, 2017).
