Sheki electric power station increases electricity generation

The Sheki electric power station has generated about 105 million kilowatt / hours of electricity in January-April compared to projected 103 million kilowatt / hours, Azerenergysaid today.

In April, the electric power station generated approximately 22.8 million kilowatt / hours of electricity, or 867,000 kW / h more than the forecast.

Its capacity is 87 megawatts. It consists of 10 units.

The capacity of electric power plants owned by Azerenergy exceeds 6,000 megawatts. There are more than 200 substations with a capacity of 500, 330, 220 and 110 kilovolts, as well as six hydroelectric power stations and 13 thermal power plants on Azerenergy's balance.
