Shares of three large Russian companies will be traded in the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), Trend reports via Kazakh media.
"The KASE Board made a decision to include ordinary shares of Lukoil PJSC in the KASE official list. The number of declared ordinary shares of Lukoil is 850,563,255," KASE informed. It should be noted that the main activities of Lukoil are oil and gas production and processing.
The stock exchange Board also decided to include ordinary shares of Nornickel MMC in its official list. The number of declared ordinary shares of the company, which is engaged in the production of palladium and refined nickel, is 158,245,476.
The third Russian company, whose shares have been included in the official list of KASE, is Novolipetsk Steel, which produces ferrous metallurgy products. The number of declared ordinary shares of the company is 5,993,227,240.
