In late April, an International Week of Italian Opera will be held in the State Academic Bolshoi Theater named after Alisher Navoi in Uzbekistan, the Theater's Directorate said.
Uzbek audience will be presented to the opera G. Rossini's "Il Barbiere di Siviglia" ('The Barber of Seville'), G.Donizetti's "Lucia di Lammermoor", "La Traviata" by Giuseppe Verdi and "La Boheme" by G. Puccini from April 25 to 30.
Performances will be held with the participation of artists in Italy, Belarus and Uzbekistan.
