"The capacity of gas units in these power plants is about 650 megawatt and another 320 megawatts would be added to the power production capacity of these plants by investment on the installation of steam units," he noted.
The assignment of power plants is done via tender process and equipment for the gas section will also be assigned to the investor in return for paying the price
Investors would be obligated to complete and develop a power plant by installing the steam units in the plant that include design, engineering, financing, insurance, construction, testing, and operation.
The resources from this allocation will be used for the renovation and completion of unfinished projects in the power plant.
