The Azerbaijani Ministry of Culture and Tourism has made a presentation "The Culture and Cultural Masterpieces; Azerbaijan is a unique message for future generations" jointly with the Presidential Library. This book recounts the activity of Azerbaijan's First Lady, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, MP Mehriban Aliyeva. The book has been published in Russian. This publication is a translation of a book published and issued about eight months ago. It contains several supplemented material.
"In this book we tried to reflect a variety of different projects and ideas implemented with the direct participation of Mehriban Aliyeva," Minister of Culture and Tourism, Abulfaz Garayev, said at the presentation at the M.F. Akhundov Library on August 25.
He said that the First Lady's activities are so broad and diverse that they cover all stratum of the population, including children and old people.
Now the ministry is working on the English edition of the book. The date for the presentation was set for Mehriban Aliyeva's birthday - August 26.
