The Central Election Commission (CEC) handed over ballots to almost all of the constituencies in Azerbaijan, CEC Spokesman Azer Sariyev told Trend today.
Based on the CEC's action plan, Nov. 3 is the deadline for delivering the ballots.
Azerbaijan has printed 5 million ballots for the upcoming parliamentary elections. Three-percent more ballots than the number of voters have also been printed based on the electoral code.
The parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan are scheduled for Nov. 7. Previous elections were held in November 2005. The elections are held by the majority system in 125 constituencies.
