A trial over individuals accused of committing armed attacks on companies has begun in Azerbaijan.
A prosecutor read an indictment on Namig Hasanov, Kanan Mugaddimi, Magomed Musayev? Seymur Yusifov and Mahir Aliyev's criminal cases at the Serious Crimes Court.
The accused individuals didn't plead guilty.
They are charged with Article 181.2.1, 181.2.3, 181.2.4, 181.2.5, 181.3.1, 181.3.2 (robbery), 177.2.1, 177.2.2, 177.2.3, 177.3.1, 177.3.2 (theft), 228 (illegal purchase, transfer, selling, storage, transportation and carrying of fire-arms, accessories to it, supplies, explosives) of the Criminal Code.
Creating an organized group Namig Hasanov, Kanan Mugaddimi, Magomed Musayev? Seymur Yusifov and Mahir Aliyev committed armed attack on the company "Shanfi" located in Ganja city. They stole 6,400 manat by threatening the company's employees with pistol and other things.
Besides, the group members committed an armed attack on the base of the LTD "Elshan", as a result of which they stole 7,000 manat.
Also the group members committed attack on a number of shops in Baku.
