ASTANA, Kazakhstan, January 13. Grain transportation of the new harvest in December last year grew by 63 percent, according to Kazakhstan Railways, Trend reports.

Kazakhstan Railways also reported an increase in exports to China, which increased its import of Kazakh grain by 6 percent. Supplies to Afghanistan grew by 35 percent. An important trend in December was the threefold increase in transportation through Black Sea ports, as well as to the Baltic countries, where volumes grew fourfold.
