The Ministry of Railway Transport of Turkmenistan announces an international tender for following lots:
Lot No.1 - Design and construction of a turnkey transfer depot, cars rearrangement point, completely equipped with container-sorting and heavy weight site, and a building of the complex administrative corpus of path distance at Etrek station.
In order to participate in the tender it is necessary to:
- submit an application for participation in the tender, indicating full name, legal status, country of registration and details,
- obtain lot specification and technical requirements;
- obtain tender documents.
Documents should be submitted to the marketing department of the Ministry of Railway Transport of Turkmenistan, located at: Ashgabat, Saparmurat Turkmenbashi avenue 7.
It is also necessary to pay $500 per lot. The account will be specified upon submitting a written application.
Packages with the bids will be accepted for consideration after receipt of funds to the account of the ministry.
The application and tender documents from companies registered in countries with offshore zones will not be accepted.
Packages with the bids will be accepted from 15:00 to 18:00 local time, every day, at office 810 of the Ministry of Railway Transport of Turkmenistan.
The deadline for submission of bids is August 9, 2013.
