Azerbaijan, Baku, 12 June / Trend / The Nar Mobile has increased number of its base stations located in the country. Last month, 55 new base stations were installed in Baku and regions.
In order to increase the quality of the communication, Mobile continues its intense installation of the base stations throughout the territory of Azerbaijan. New 55 stations were installed in Baku, Absheron peninsula, Guba, Gusar, Khachmaz, Khizi and Siyazan districts.
Rapid increase in number of base stations shall enable Nar Mobile subscribers to take an advantage of quality communication and modern services in all the territories of the country. Installation of new base station shall lead to an increase of network capacity and quality of services provided.
At present, Nar Mobile network covers 80% territory of the country.AZERFON was licensed by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technolo gies of Azerbaijan Republic in December 2005, to provide mobile services throu ghout the territory of Azerbaijan. AZERFON Company launched its commercial activities on 21 March 2007, under the brand name Nar Mobile. At the present, more than 500.000 subscribers use the network of Nar Mobile.
