On Dec. 3, Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree to erect in Azerbaijani capital of Baku a monument to people's hero Koroglu, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
Executive Power of Baku City is in charge of submitting to the President of Azerbaijan the proposals relating to the erection of the monument within one month, the Cabinet of Ministers - addressing issues arising from this decree.
