A Portuguese delegation headed by Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Co-operation Joao Gomes Cravinho is holding intergovernmental talks in Ashgabat.
According to the Turkmen government, the meetings were held at the foreign and economic development ministries.
The delegation expressed Portugal's interest in developing a constructive international dialogue and mutually beneficial partnership with Turkmenistan in all directions, including trade and economic cooperation and cultural exchanges.
