Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on awarding Undersecretary of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Dr. Adel Abdullah Al-Falah "Dostlug" (Friendship) Order, the AzerTAj state news agency reported.
Dr. Adel Abdullah Al-Falah is awarded "Dostlug" Order for merits to strengthen the friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Kuwait, the order says.
