Leader of the Democratic Movement - United Georgia Nino Burjanadze predicts snap presidential elections in the country. The People's Assembly is fulfilling its promise to the people, she said at a meeting at the Chess Palace.
"We promised the people that we will change the existing power, and we will fulfill this promise. We have created resistance committees, youth organizations and groups ... to fight injustice.
Their task will to protect our citizens," Burjanadze said, adding that their logo depicts a cross, a sword and celestial bodies.
"This logo is the symbol of a united and fair Georgia," she said.
Burjanadze said "the struggle against the government" has already started.
