Azerbaijan, Baku, 18 February / corr Trend U.Ismayilova / AzRe, an only re-insurance company of Azerbaijani company, has increased its list of partners, the company said on 18 February.
The company signed a contact on joint cooperation with companies Ateshgah,
MBASK, Standard Insurance, Alfa Sigorta, Kavkaz Sigorta in the sphere of obligatory and optional re-insurance.
Earlier, the company signed similar contracts with Baki Sigorta, Ata Sigorta and Azerbaijan Senaye Sigorta.
The first Azerbaijani re-insurance company, AzRe, was issued a license by the Azerbaijani Finance Ministry to conduct re-insurance activities on 7 November 2007. The company's statuary capital is AZN 2mln. There are six shareholders in the company. The company provides general services to local and regional insurance companies, re-insurance companies and re-insurance mediators.
