About 185 auctions and tenders for sale of municipal lands will be held in April in Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani State Committee for Land and Cartography said.
About 154 auctions will be held in the Absheron district of Baku, Salyan Region of Azerbaijan - 7 auctions, Sumgait - 1, Gedabey - 1, Imishli region - 1, Shirvan - 165, Dashkesan - 4, Siyazan - 2, Khachmaz - 1, Aghdam - 3, Agjabadi - 5, Geranboy - 1, Yevlakh - 3, Sabirabad region - 1.
In Azerbaijan, about 685 auctions and tenders for sale of municipal land were held in 2009. The first two auctions were held in Azerbaijan in March 2009, four - in the Absheron region in April, eight auctions in May, 40 auctions in June, 13 - in July, 23 - in August, 92 - in September, 204 - in October, 209 - in November, 90 - in December.
In 2010, about 150 auctions, including 50 - in January, 65 - in February, 35 - in March were held.
