First regional motor hub to be established in Georgia

The first motor hub in the South Caucasus will be established in Georgia. Iberia Business Group, Georgia's biggest car dealer, is establishing a motor hub in Rustavi.
Construction has already begun, the company told Trend on Thursday.
The official opening ceremony is expected to take place in May. The initial stage of the project will take 4 million lari in investments.
Iberia Business Group President Tariel Khechikashvili says the geographic range of the car business has been extended and increases the opportunities of re-export.
The hub will accentuate on Azerbaijan and Armenia. The hub's territory has a car showroom, a customs clearance terminal, and a hotel.

The export of cars is the item number-one in Georgia's foreign trade. Iberia Business Group is the official dealer of Audi, Volkswagen and Skoda in Georgia. It is also the authorized dealer of Korea's KIA Motors in the country.
