BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 11. Iran's non-oil exports to Tajikistan increased by 115 percent in value and 108 percent in volume, during the first three months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through June 21, 2023), compared to the same period in the last year, Trend reports.

As reflected in the data of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA), Iran exported about 70,000 tons of non-oil products worth $47.5 million to Tajikistan in 3 months.

Meanwhile, in the same period of the last Iranian year, Iran's non-oil exports to Tajikistan stood at 33,600 tons worth $22 million.

Iran mainly exported petrochemical products, steel products, agricultural and food products and, etc. to Tajikistan within the mentioned period.

In the 3rd month alone (May 22 through June 21, 2023), 24,600 tons of non-oil products worth approximately $16.8 million were exported from Iran to Tajikistan.

Overall, Iran exported 35.5 million tons of non-oil products worth $12.5 billion within the first three months of the current Iranian year.

This is a decrease of 8.84 percent in value, while an increase of 24.4 percent in volume compared to the same period last year.
