New appointments made in Kazakh KazTransOil's management, the company reported on Monday.
"Sisengali Utegaliyev was appointed to the post of KazTransOil Deputy Director General, Bulat Zakirov was appointed to the post of KazTransOil managing director," the company said.
Sisengali Utegaliyev earlier worked at managing positions at the Kazakh Oil and Gas Industry Ministry, Kazakh National Oil and Gas Companies Kazakhoil, KazMunaiGas Exploration Production and KazMunaiGas.
Bulat Zakirov earlier served as director of the transport logistics department and the perspective department development, Deputy Director General for KazTransOil Development, Deputy Director General and General Director of KMG-Transcaspian.
KazTransOil is the Kazakh National Oil Transportation Company. It maintains state interests in oil transportation, export and import of oil and oil products.
